How does the free trial work?+
Two stages, both risk-free. Start with a 30-day demo sandbox — full access to any tier, no credit card required. When you're ready to go live, add a credit card and you get an additional 14-day paid trial before the first charge.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade your tier anytime. Change your team size bundle as your crew grows or shrinks. Billing adjusts automatically.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes! Pay annually and get 2 months free (about 17% savings). All annual plans include the same features as monthly billing.
What happens when I exceed my user limit?+
Overages only apply above the Mid-Size 20-user bundle. Beyond that, add users at a flat per-user rate: Control $6/mo (CA$8) per user, Operate $9/mo (CA$12) per user. On annual billing extra users get the same two-months-free discount — $60/user/yr on Control and $90/user/yr on Operate. Smaller bundles upgrade to the next size instead of paying overages.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, no contracts. Cancel anytime and export all your data.
Do you charge per user?+
No per-user tax! We use team size bundles instead. This means predictable pricing that doesn't penalize growth. A 10-person team pays the same whether they have 6 or 10 users.
Why do I see $49 on one page and $299 on another?+
Both are correct — they're different rungs of the same ladder. Every price is for a whole team, not per seat: Operate is $99/mo for up to 5 users, $179/mo up to 10, and $299/mo up to 20, then $9 per extra user per month. Control is $49/$79/$159 for the same bundles. Comparison pages quote the 20-user Operate bundle ($299/mo) because that's the size most trades shops land on. A 30-person shop pays $299 + 10 × $9 = $389/mo.
