What happens when I exceed my user limit?+
Overages only apply above the Mid-Size 20-user bundle. Beyond that, add users at a flat per-user rate: Control $10/mo (CA$13) per user, Operate $14/mo (CA$18) per user. Smaller bundles upgrade to the next size instead of paying overages.
